Baktech

A new innovative development is the "Baktech" cloth. This cloth is composed of PTFE and silicone. It consists of a nonstick cloth that adheres to the baking sheet through the siliconized side.

It is a multi-purpose baking sheet specially designed for different baking purposes such as plancha, freezer, baking,...

The features are:

CE and FDA approved
Temperature range -50 to +270 degrees
Fiberglass reinforced with PTFE along 1 side and silicone along the other side

Rubflon

The latest innovation for any industrial food manufacturer.

Due, on the one hand, to the increasing demand for a non-stick coating on hoppers within the food industry and, on the other hand, to be able to carry this out in the shortest possible time frame, we set out to find a solution that would benefit our customers in terms of;

less transportation and disassembly costs
reducing investment costs

From a case study with one of our industrial bakery customers, we developed the Rubflon® funnel. Produced from pure PTFE and vulcanized on polyurethane, this hopper is attached to your hopper(s) like a second skin. Removal and application is very easy. A spare hopper can be taken from stock, reducing production downtime to a minimum.

Each funnel is unique and the Rubflon® is produced to your technical specification.

Zone Tape - PTFE Glass fabric cloth with adhesive strip

In addition to our existing range of PTFE-impregnated glass fabric cloth, we now offer Zone Tape: a custom-cut PTFE-coated glass fabric cloth with an adhesive strip on the sides. This product is specially designed for applications requiring precise covering and positioning of welding wires.

All dimensions, both the width of the PTFE film and that of the adhesive strip, are completely tailored to the customer's requirements.

Available variants:

Zone Tape A: The adhesive strip is partly on the Teflon film and partly next to it.
Zone Tape B: The adhesive strip is completely on the Teflon film.
