Slimsil is a cloth made of nonstick, mold-resistant material. Peelboards can be placed in the oven to prevent flowerworm.
Due to a change in working methods within the bakery industry, one of our customers came to us asking if we could provide a solution for his peelboards (equipped with cotton cloth in the line to the floor oven).
To this demand, we have developed the Slimsil™ peelboard. We use stainless steel for the framework of these Peelboards. The specially developed cloth consists of non-stick, fungicidal material. This Slimsil™ cloth is attached to the frame by means of a heat-resistant fastening system. Consequently, it is possible to place the peelboards in the oven to prevent flowerworm. An additional advantage is that the Slimsil™ cloth is very easy to clean.
